Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Scammers about their membership package!! Had unused months of service last year and finally decided to cancel it last november. They told me per policy they need to charge 1 more month for december. I gave in and said okay as long as it will be my final payment (im not even using their service). January of this year they still charged me and i called my bank to dispute since their manager is very rude to talk to. I just saw the statements filed on the dispute and they did not cancel my membership back in november but they cancelled my membership this february when i filed for dispute. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

Hand and Stone is fabulous. I get the best deal out of the membership. It is clean, relaxing and all the staff are wonderful.

Such a relaxing place! I literally fell asleep during my massage. My husband here brought me for a surprise massage and it was the best surprise ever.

I brought my mom here for her birthday. Bad idea. The staff seemed disorganized and they rushed through everything. The staff Elena recommended these products that we know aren’t for her skin type but she condescendingly insisted she was right. Pretty sure it’s just this location. Other ones seemed better managed.

I had the best spa experience. I scheduled with the help of their fabulous manager, Jamie! She helped get my 90 min massage and facial booked, and offered to use up some of my packages for services I didn’t even know were offered. I’ve had a massage with Alla before, and she was a magician!! She wasn’t available this time, so Jamie suggested Josh. And, wowwww.. He was the next best thing! I’ll definitely use them again. My facial was with Nicki, and she was super sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. My face felt like a new face for days after! I’ll be back next month, and looking forward to seeing the friendly faces next time.
