Very satisfied customer here. I had Abby who did an excellent job coloring my hair to this bright fashion violet/indigo color! I was nervous as I had all virgin hair & I didn’t know if my hair would even lift to the lightness needed to achieve that color, but the end result was exactly how I wanted it. Abby was very helpful in explaining as she went along, was a great conversational partner, & went above & beyond in customer service, ensuring I was comfortable during the long 9 am to 6 pm hair dye session. I would definitely recommend her for anyone wanting to get vivid colors! The first photo is the color I wanted, & the next ones are what I ended up with. 5/5!

I’m honestly obsessed with the balayage I did with Jelena. I’ve colored my hair three times before, but this was by far the best experience and the best result I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I wanted and customized the color perfectly for my skin tone and hair type. The blend is so seamless and natural — no harsh lines, just soft, dimensional color that looks expensive and effortless. My hair still feels healthy and shiny, which was really important to me. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s detailed, patient, and makes you feel completely comfortable the entire time. I’ve never loved my hair this much after coloring it. If you’re thinking about balayage, she’s truly worth it.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this salon! From the moment you walk in the front door the greeting is warm and friendly by Amy at the front desk. There is a huge gift shop area and after my hair appointment Amy was kind enough to help me select a beautiful birthday gift for my friend, gift wrapping services are also available. I had a haircut and balayage with Cynthia and as always it was a fabulous experience. Cynthia always listens carefully to what i want and time after time has exceeded my expectations. She is an extremely talented stylist who excels in balayage.

She takes the time to ask questions, explain options, and make recommendations that actually make sense for my type of hair and lifestyle. Her advice on gray blending has been spot on and my hair looks natural and stays low maintenance. She also gives great tips on styling products, including what to use (and what to skip), so my hair looks good without a lot of effort.
