OVME

I have had such a positive experience at OVME in Northbrook! Nurse Stacy is so kind, compassionate and well trained in her craft. She takes the time to listen to you and she explains everything she’s about to do before she does it. She makes me feel so comfortable, and she genuinely cares about your safety as a patient. She recently did filler in my chin and she is a literal artist! I am so happy with the outcome, and she took the time during the appointment to make sure everything was being placed in the right area, and does continuous safety checks during the appointment as well. Highly recommend!

I love going to OVME! I have been to two of their locations and I can’t speak highly enough about most of their staff! The VH’s ladies, Tamara, Dana and Lupe are amazing! Tamra is one of the best injectors I’ve have ever met! She is such a sweet person me I love seeing her. Dana, is the best esthetician i have ever been around to! And Lupe, is sweet and very informative when she is helping me understand my membership and all the ins and outs! I do wish Claire was at the front desk though. She was so personable, a breath of fresh air and very kind! Would be nice to have that same experience again. The NB location is just as amazing. Had a BBL scheduled. Marta decided that she was too nervous to see me because I called and attempted to move my appointment earlier. Back story, I got a call from my kids school saying there was a noro outbreak in the class that my kid is in, and I wanted to go get him and thus I wouldn’t be able to go to my appointment. I was told that there was no availability until the end of January and there would be a fee I would need to pay. So I went above and beyond (husband came home early from work, etc) and made accommodations so i would not be handling a sick child before my appointment. **He did not go to school sick, another child was sick near him, but the point is, I was not exposed at all - I didn’t even do drop off that morning. But apparently just knowing that there was a noro outbreak

First of all, what a beautiful med spa and the most welcoming & helpful front desk staff - SO friendly! I went to OVME for face fillers and saw Reema. She was absolutely amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this place to anybody. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Love Ovme Northbrook. Everyone is super nice. Gaby at the front desk is the sweetest and my esthetician Claudia is the best. I legit text her before I put anything on my face because she’s so knowledgeable. I look forward to my monthly facials with her. Hands down, don’t sleep on this spa. They take real good care of you.
