Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I send my husband annually for his birthday but this was our first visit to the Medford location. I explained what I was looking for in a massage therapist and they set him up with Kimi. Leanna helped me sort through my options for membership because he deserves to go more than once a year. She was patient and extremely helpful with all the questions, as well as sweet enough to give a note with the therapists schedule incase it worked out. Well did it work out!!! Kimi was a happy person who was happy to take care of people and made the entire experience wonderful. My husband said he's never felt so much stress just melt away. I love coming to this hand and stone location & have changed it to my “home store” because the staff is really great! Always kind, informative about services without being pushy & they try to go the extra mile for customers. For example, they had difficulty getting the waiting area to warm up with their heater, so they offered warm neck wraps while waiting which was awesome. I always feel like I get what I pay for, if not more when I visit. I have always had great massages and facials! 12/10 service here!

5+++++for sure!!! I had the salt stone and cbd oil massage …. Run don’t walk for this service!!! Jade was incredible and kind hearted!! By far the best massage I've had in my 53 years! My back and neck feel amazing and am super grateful !! Colby greeted us at the front desk 5+++++ so patient, energetic and beautiful! Thanks for the awesome experience for both my daughter and myself. We live an hour south but We'll be back for sure!!!

Melissa was great! In fact, I had just recieved a massage from another Hand and Stone location a few days prior and left underwhelmed. This experience was the complete opposite.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Mayra at Hand & Stone! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. The Diamond Glow facial was incredible — my skin felt super clean, smooth, and had the most beautiful glow afterward. Mayra explained everything she was doing and gave great skincare tips, too. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back for another treatment soon! 💎✨
