Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

We have had a membership here for the last couple of years and I’ve always had good experiences. The manager is easy to work with and the facility is nice. My most recent massages have been with Kent and they have been wonderful! He always sorts out my neck and shoulder tension and I feel like a new person afterwards. He’s very considerate and respectful and you can tell he’s had a lot of experience in this field. Would highly recommend!

MASSAGE GREEN SPA is my choice getaway spa, especially for a massage. One of the top reasons I love them is because they go the extra mile. The scheduling admins are amazing. Of course, I would love to be more planned out, but if you are like me and don’t have it on the schedule and the pain or stress hits, it can be hard to address it that day. When I call them, I never feel uncomfortable asking if they have an opening, they don’t dismiss my needs, they honestly try and work with me if something is available or contact me later. Mel, at the Lehi location is great. She is great at communicating. She is an excellent, proficient, and professional. Tonight was EXACTLY what I needed for a night of pampering! Kam at the front desk was incredibly helpful getting the perfect plan in place for my massage with the coolest add ons of the hot stones and the cold stones on my face. Jade was AMAZING at giving my massage. 💆She did just the right pressure and definitely pampered me! I think I’ll sleep perfect tonight!

The only nice thing I can say is that some of the estheticians were ok. I made the mistake of signing up for membership at my first appt. Its impossible to cancel. When I thought it was canceled, months later they started the monthly charges again. I would make appts for a certain treatment only to get there and the esthetician claimed she didnt know the machines and couldnt do it, or they were late starting and not giving my full time. After my first two appts which were just ok, It was all downhill, total disaster. Beware

I have a membership to get a massage here once per month, and have been coming for about a year. Overall, a very good place to get a walk in massage. I haven’t had a bad one yet. For sure higher quality than massage envy in my opinion. Great new facility, friendly employees, always clean when I am there. Very professional. They have a really cool couples massage room, with running water and a sauna. Great value for the price.
