Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My massage therapist was amazing — she really listened to what I needed and worked out all the tension in my shoulders. I also got a facial afterward, and my skin has never felt better! It was so soothing and left me with a healthy glow. You can tell everyone here truly cares about their clients. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely renewed. Highly recommend both the massage and facial!

Hand and Stone has been a favorite of mine for years. Recently I decided to try the location in Bloomfield MI. I have been a few times now, and I am absolutely thrilled with Candice. She did a 90 minute deep tissue. It was the best massage I have ever had. She's professional, and a very lovely young lady.

Lakisha is truly the best massage therapist I’ve had. She clearly has an excellent understanding of anatomy and uses professional techniques tailored to your body’s needs. I highly recommend her!

I had the membership but didn’t use all my massage credits so I discontinued my membership but was able to use my credits through June. I attempted to make an appointment but was told in order to do so I was to put a credit card on file again to reactivate the membership. My point was that I didn’t use the membership as I was using up the credits I PAID for in full. The therapists are good but the administration and the desk help is awful. I asked to be credited for the massages as they were not letting me use them. They denied crediting them. There is no communication and they lack all reasoning.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages ever here. My masseuse was Mistee.she asked me if there was anything specific to focus on, and then ACTUALLY LISTENED and targeted my massage to those things. So many techs ask that and then just do a normal massage with almost no extra attention to the focus area. Mistee had extensive technical knowledge on how to help, and she incorporated guided breathing, stretching, and trigger point therapy. I walked out feeling a million times better, I cannot recommend her enough.
