Walked in, greeted with a friendly "Hello." Associates were dusting & sweeping, but said "If tou need any help let us know." Refreshing to not have associates hover over you or be asked multiple times If you found all that you are looking for. These ladies were polite, helpful when we did ask questions & professional. They didnt have something I was looking for but most of us have come to realize that's to be expected from BBW. Loved the new Pink Lilac & Vanilla scent, these cute candle holders & the Sun-dried Laundry. I'll be visiting again.

This was my first time stepping into this establishment and I must say it was a great experience! Mya was very helpful with selecting something that my wife would enjoy and smell good with. She was very knowledgeable about the products there had a great sense of humor and was very cool. Whoever promoted her as a manager knows Talent when they see it. Definitely will come back again and hope I get her to assist me as to I don't know very much product there.... Lol.. Thank you Mya.

This bath and body is clean, organized and always well stocked. Staff is so sweet and helpful. I just had to take a moment to give the biggest shoutout to Melina, she is truly AMAZING! She’s not only incredibly personable and hilarious, but she’s also the perfect balance of fun and professional. Every time I come in, she greets me with such warmth and makes the entire shopping experience feel like I’m catching up with a good friend. She knows the store inside and out and always helps me find my favorite products (and introduces me to new ones I end up loving). Melina is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond every single time. Bath & Body Works is lucky to have her!

Great place for buying day to day usage product absolutely fabulous

I got my shampoo here and am satisfied. Please fix the sinks.
