Really disappointed. Came in last week to get my nails done for a wedding and this is the state less than a week later and they're gels. It's a shame because the woman who did my toes was lovely. The guy who did my hands though, sloppy and gaslight me that the color would look less anemic in the sun and that a 3rd coat wasn't needed. Maybe if it had just been that I'd be less upset but the polish wasn't cleaned off from my skin, cuticles a mess, and I had to file down a couple of my nails when I got home because they were snagging and not even filed smooth. Don't know how this is supposed to be a $60 manicure and checking the site looks like I was even overcharged by $10 :'(
Poor job. Came in due to a recommendation as I was looking for an affordable nail studio where i can get a simple design done over gel. The lady first had to take off my previous extensions and was clearly having trouble with it. Didnot shape my nails the way i asked to and did a terrible job at doing the nail design. You can see the reference photo and the nail design she did on me. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. If nail salons dont have professionals who can do intricate designs then they shouldnt advertise it. Absolutely disheartened, paid 115 for these holiday nails. Now I have to find another place to fix this. Definitely the worst salon experience for me.
My new go-to place for my nails. Clean, professional and long lasting polish work. I usually do color change only and can't comment on the mani/Pedi Service but they're always busy. I stopped by the other day very close to closing and they were locking up, but the lady let me in and did a quick color change for my nails. Great service!
Worst manicure of my life and I’m writing this just to warn others - DO NOT COME HERE! I honestly wonder if the nail tech had any type of training or certification as my gel manicure ended up looking worse than something I could have done myself. Not to mention the fact that she cut me and drew blood and neither apologized nor did she sanitize the wound with alcohol. The end result was a gloopy and messy manicure that was overly thick, I had nail polish smeared on my fingers and a thick glob of the top coat cured in the side of my nail/my skin. I had decently long nails when I came here, I asked for almond shape and recover short stubby club looking nails, none of which match each other. The work that she did was so shoddy that the thumbnail began to lift later that same afternoon. It’
just terrible, they tried to rip off the old gel x that i had on my nails! they broke my natural nail in half and it hurt so bad. outside it says that the service was 70 and at the end they charged me 120 dollars pretending for tip. and if this isnt enough i got my nails done Yesterday and one already came off while washing my hands. for 120 dollars!!! and i asked for hombre you cant even see anything. so disappointed.
