I tried calling. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. Then, of course, when they call back at THEIR convenience, it isn't convenient for me. And I end up playing phone tag with them. Been there. Done that. So I'm not leaving any messages. If you're a business with customers, Just ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

I scheduled appointment 1 month ago to make sure I have it before my vacation. I was very excited about my hair transformation. However, 1 hr before my appointment they had to reschedule me to another date, which is very upsetting, frustrating and not professional. And this is happening right before my vacation. It is so hard to appointment anywhere else with such a last minute notice. I am just speechless.

I switched over to this salon after being elsewhere. Monika does a fabulous job with my color, cut and blending my hair! Highly recommend!

Please dont use thinning sheers on just anyone. I stated plenty of times before getting this trim my hair is very thin, so i don’t understand why thinning sheers were brought to my head. My hair WAS very wavy, thin & healthy prior , now my hair is extremely dry, non manageable, and breaking uncontrollably. Yes, thinning sheers do thin hair, i was told they do not thin the hair when I noticed what she was doing.. It is in name. They also will cause severe damage if used on already delicate hair. Ask before you do, i understand everyone has their own techniques but dont use THINNING sheers on already THIN hair. I feel horrible even writing this but i wont feel as bad as i do everyday trying to manage my hair now.

i’ve been going here for years and i always leave very satisfied! staff is very nice and the atmosphere is amazing! i will never go anywhere else to get my hair done!
