Extremely disappointed. Let me start by saying we arrived 5 min ahead of schedule for 10 am appointments. I was visiting from out-of-state for the holiday and purposely chose this spa because I used to utilize their services frequently. I Booked appointments for hair color and a massage. As well as a hair color facials and nails for my sister and niece. My hair appointment was extremely rushed and it should be noted that anybody with under 5 years experience in this salon should have an assistant when doing color. Unfortunately, she didn't feel it was necessary to ask for help.So my hair did not at all come out the way that it should have. If you decide to visit this salon, please do not get your haircut by Kayla M. My haircut was completely uneven and she pretty much butchered my hair. I had to eventually pay a hefty price to get if fixed after a few months of having to wear my hair up to hide the horrific haircut.

It was very expensive. Almost $400 to have my hair colored with some high and low lights. Rossella was great, friendly and down to earth.

I was in town for a special event and needed a haircut. I had Marion as my hair stylist and she did a fabulous job. It's always a risk to try a new hair salon, especially right before a special occasion, but I had a good feeling after reading the reviews that she would do a great job. I would definitely go back if I'm in town again. Nice salon too, clean and stylish.

By far my favorite salon ever. Have been a customer for over 10+ years. Always clean, friendly and everyone does a great job.
