Liz is a truly knowledgeable, very skilled massage therapist. I have gone to her for general, relaxation type massages and the experience has been delightful. I have also gone to her for a more focused, deep-tissue type massage, when I was actually experiencing some discomfort, and the experience was phenomenal. Honestly, I walk away in those instances feeling SO much better than when I went in. Liz uses a variety of tools, especially hot stones, and is happy to work with you as things progress, identifying together where the problem spots are and what techniques are most effective in treating those spots. Liz is fantastic! My husband and I have received multiple Reiki sessions from her and every time she has been spot on with her calming presence, her warming energy and her facilitation of bringing our intentions and positivity forwards and releasing the negative energy. As someone who was fairly sceptical the first time (my husband was the believer from previous experiences) I must say I am a believer now. I could feel the changes in heat, cold, tightness, release and overall mentality during that first session and the ones that followed.
