I had such a great experience getting my hair cut by James! He really listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure everything felt right throughout the appointment. He was really committed to giving me what I wanted, a clean, flattering, and easy to style cut. My curly/wavy hair texture can be challenging to cut, but James knew what he was doing. He created an atmosphere that was welcoming and professional, and I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a quality haircut and great service.

My son and I have been going to Hair Masters Snohomish WA for our hair cuts for over a year now. We see James. I would highly recommend James. He is exceptionally precise in his haircuts and he presents ideas really well. He is friendly, kind, funny and extremely talented. Today was my second outstanding experience with James at Hairmasters in Snohomish. I took my dad in for a cut a year or two ago; he has difficulty communicating due to dementia. James discerned this independently after just a few minutes of interaction, and proceeded to give my dad a wonderful haircut and genuine human connection. I knew that I had found my dad a stylist for life! The qualities in James that impressed the first time were his intuition, skill, speed, friendliness, and the sense of ownership he took in his clients and business. I come from pretty far away to get my hair cut with James. He cuts my hair so much better then anyone else. He's an incredible person and is hilarious. James is on my list of top 5 people outside my family I'm the most thankful for. As I mentored above, I drive 30 minutes to come over to get my hair cut from him. There's no way you can ever go wrong coming in here with James and Amanda. They both always make my entire day.

James cut both mine and my son’s hair and has been both professional and welcoming. He makes his clients feel comfortable and listens to what you want and don’t want done to your hair. I have not had a bad experience and will keep coming back to sit in his chair fully confident that he will do a good job.
