I had the pleasure of getting my hair done at Hair Tyme on very short notice, and Joy was able to work with me! Accommodated the boy, taking the time to listen to my preferences and providing the exact style I wanted. The attention to detail and expertise showed in the final result. I was so disappointed with the level of rudeness and lack of professionalism that I received. The woman who answered the phone was rude. I began with saying “hi”. She cut me off, mid sentence, and insisted that I tell her “Good morning “. Secondly, the address for the Sugar Land location is not open despite being advertised as open. It is under construction. The actual building address I was eventually given is in Alief near a pocket of high crime. Also, they do not provide 24 hours service. I was given the wrong address, sent an invoice before I could clarify my appointment. The stylist only communicated via text and insisted I provide my email address before she would book my appointment. Don’t believe the hype on social media about 24 hour service. More likely you will be told

I truly appreciated how open and sincere Joyce was with me throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, as though I had been coming there for years. I would wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both honesty and genuine care

They’re amazing ! Great customer service . They’re all friendly and polite! Very welcoming and skilled at what they do. They take their time but not all day, and handle your head with care in the most effective way to deliver your style exactly how you want it in pristine condition! visited Houston for the week and needed last minute cornrows. the shop had a lovely set up and the staff was very warm and helpful. the cornrows came out wonderfully and I received the best service i’ve ever had at a salon. definitely coming back!
