I can’t say enough great things about Abby! After a really poor experience at Sport Clips, she completely turned my day around. She got me in quickly, didn’t make me wait, and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. On top of that, she’s kind, professional, and truly cares about her clients. Abby not only fixed my hair, she lifted my mood and made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her you’ll leave feeling amazing! 😁 I will be sure to come back.

My hairdresser was super nice and an amazing person . But honestly I was not happy with how my hair came out . I think it was cut to short to start with and it wasn’t cut evenly and then because she had to bleach my hair 2 times my hair is soo dry and dead and it’s breaking off now . Was in the chair from 3pm-8:30. The ends of my hair are still pink /orange when it should be blonde especially after 2 bleach sessions and toners . I still can’t believe I had to pay over 200$ for hair I’m embarrassed to wear in public .

Whoever picked up the phone was very rude. I asked for a quote on how much it would be. Very rude tone saying “Honey all I can give you is a price without looking at your hair” I told them it was a cover up since it’s already blue black just needed dyed over with blue black hair dye like a refresh. Not trying to be rude or anything I get it’s their job, but if it’s a cover up with the same dye I don’t see you how it would be hard to give a price. The last person who did it didn’t do a good job.

Was charged an extra $10 for “Extra 15 minutes,” unbeknownst to me until I got home and saw the receipt. Excuse me? While stylist kept me sitting in chair to chitty-chat with co-worker, and flit around the salon doing whatever?! I did not ask for ANYTHING extra. It was basic TRIM, wash, and blow dry! Admittedly, I did not know what the service cost ahead of time. It didn’t really matter, but to add an extra, unwarranted charge without telling me is dishonest and shady.
