Cassie at Hair Mechanix is the GO TO! She welcomed me as soon as I walked in and really listened to what I wanted. Her attention to detail and expert touch showed in every step of my cut. The salon felt clean, comfortable, and friendly, and Cassie made sure I was at ease the whole time. I left feeling confident and loving my new look. Great place with a variety of services to get yourself cleaned up. All the staff I experienced were highly skilled. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking an appointment will get you in and out quickly. I am and will be a returning customer.

Came in yesterday to get information and make appointment for today. Received text about change in appointment so I called in and see what happened. Apparently my stylist was not coming in today. I rearranged appointment for same day earlier time and was told over the phone I was good to go. So I arrived and got the OH NO THERE WAS A MISTAKE… so I was screwed over (THANKS) by whoever I spoke to on the phone earlier. Hope no one else goes through this situation be sure to follow up.
