Hair Expectations

I was apprehensive to leave a review, but after being so unhappy since I left that place I feel it's only right. I went in for a color and a cut. I told her and showed her to the middle of my back!! I had long hair to my waist and when I left it was to my shoulders!! It took everything in me not to cry!!! I'm still in such shock that This Shannen girl did that and then acted like she s didn't realize my hair was so curly! I literally told her! But she put my hair in long ponytail and just hand cut off instead of doing a lil at a time! I will never go back there and then got charged 130 00 dollars!!! I feel like it was done on purpose and now I'm praying my hair grows back! I seriously contemplated getting a lawyer because I'm an actress and needed my hair a long length, I swear people

I am so glad that I found this salon! I was grateful to get a same day appointment for a spiral perm. I loved every minute of this experience! Thuan is my new stylist. She is very considerate of what the client wants. My new look is fantastic and a big thanks to Thuan. She is awesome!!!! I will NEVER go to a chain haircut place again.

Jamie has always done such a great job on my hair. I am always happy when I leave and will never go to anyone else. I am not personally that great at deciding what to do with my hair and she will recommend something great and I have always been happy with it !!

This has been my go-to salon for over 10 years. Some really good stylists here. I see Sherry and she's excellent. They listen, ask questions and give you exactly what you ask for. Men, women and children's cuts on an appointment or walk-in basis are welcome. It's not the cheapest place around but not crazy priced either. When it comes to my hair...I'm not looking for cheap!

While I can't speak for any of the other stylists, Thuan Le has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and I WILL NEVER go anywhere else. The salon itself is clean and inviting and I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Based on my experience I can DEFINITELY recommend this business. Walk-ins are welcome, but play it safe and make an appointment.
