It was super easy to schedule an appointment over the phone, and create an online profile for future scheduling. I received email, text, and phone reminders prior to my scheduled appointment. Walking into Salon Envy for the first time I felt so welcome. Both Paula and Caitlyn stopped what they were doing and greeted me with a smile. They promote an environment that is both energizing and calming at all the same time. I described exactly what I was looking for in terms of color, cut, and style and they worked their magic! Paula gave me my first set of bangs, and I absolutely love them! The salon is gorgeous and relaxing, and she gave me haircare tips at every stage of the cut. I highly recommend this salon!
