DO NOT COME HERE!!! The customer service here does not match the price point. I believe that getting your hair done is a luxury so you should be treated with the same respect. My hair was ruined here and instead of getting my hair redone, I was yelled at by owner on the phone that I could not get my hair redone or no refunds. That’s $400 I will never get back. He made me feel so ashamed for getting my hair done there and as if it was my fault for not speaking up when my chair was turned around during the whole appointment. Edit: notice how the owner continues to gaslight the clients in all of his responses instead of taking any accountability. I didn’t do anything he is saying. He is continuing to make this a traumatic experience for me.

Matthew and Cassie are the most genuine and kind people. This was my first haircut in almost 20 years but I can tell that the level of attention to detail that they have is 10/10 🌟 I felt seen and taken care of. Absolute pros!

Went in yesterday for the first time and was greeted with smiles and a drink, Matthew who was my stylist was ready right and They absolutely slayed my gloss, tone, and haircut. The color is perfect, the cut is flawless, and the whole vibe in the chair was amazing. They’re so easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and made the whole appointment feel like hanging out with a friend who also happens to be a total hair genius

THE WORST HAIR SERVICE I have ever gotten! Their Customer Service is as WORSE as their Hair SERVICES. To be addressed to hairsalon Admin, that replied earlier to my review. Firstly, being collaborative and proffesional doesn’t mean to lie, laugh on the phone and being rude. (: Yes, your hairstylist Alexandra didn’t meet my hair expectations AT ALL! Even more, she damaged my hair, made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed with my hair. My mistake that I didn’t speak my mind right away to her but I went home and called the hair salon. How bad the service should be done till you ‘feel’ unable to meet clients expectation in order to ‘offer’ a refund?! You were more than allowed to have plenty of opportunities to address my concerns! AVOID! AVOID this place at all costs! They did a terrible job on my hair (you can see the pictures). When I called back to try to talk to the owner or cosmetologist, they dodged me for couple of days. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional hairstylist. They care just about getting money out of you but not a drop for delivering a good service. This place is a real SCAM. By avoiding this place you’ll save yourself time, money and a lot of emotional stress. Go somewhere else where employees care about clients and want to make them happy.
