Always happy with the haircuts I get from Helen! She is friendly and personable and even takes the time to chat when we pass by her shop. She also cut my young daughter’s hair and made her feel at ease. Our whole family loves her!

she never answer calls. I understood she might be busy but never call back, even I left voice mail many times to make appointment, she never return my calls. if customer service is that horrible, not think worth to hair cut at her place

What a gem this place is, nestled among all the new businesses in Queen Anne, having been a mainstay of the community for many many years! Helen herself is the light that just shines out of the big windows every day. You can tell she loves her job and loves the people in the community. She does a great job for a fair price. I take my kids there, and also get my own hair cut there!

Helen is great. Very kind and knowledgeable. Did a quick great job with my hair cut also offered to help dye my hair any color I wanted as long as I brought the supplies. Fair prices.
