Hair Cuttery Color & Haircuts - Westminster

I asked for my bangs to be cut in a particular way, with my glasses on to measure how long the shortest pieces should be. My vintage glasses and side part mean cutting my bangs traditionally means one side will be long, and the other short. I started the appointment by describing this request with the stylist. I repeated several times. She basically said she understood and started cutting while I was still talking. The feeling of defeat when you feel someone isn’t listening to anything you are saying. I’m so mad. The pictures show she did a terrible job even if she was trying to cut them even. Other picture shows how her non responsive, old school method means I have very short and very long bangs. Totally mismatched. I was trying so hard not to cry from frustration. I’m never coming back.

I will not be going back, stylist seemed irritated, I asked for long layers for my daughters hair.... showed her an example picture and did not get anywhere near what it should have been. We had limited time so I could not ask her to fix it. Oh well, that old saying you hey what you pay for.

I could not be happier about how my hair turned out! Taylor did a FANTASTIC job! She was extremely thorough and made sure I was happy every step of the way! I LOVE how it turned out and will for sure be back for maintenance!

I’m leaving 2 stars only because Tiffany was so nice and apologetic. Made an appointment online for 12:30 pm for the first available stylist. My daughter was only getting a trim. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. Sat and watched 3 other people that walked in get helped before us. By 1 pm, another woman walked in and a stylist immediately came over to take her back. When I said “excuse me” multiple times to the stylist, she blatantly turned her back to ignore me and started to walk away to which I then said “hello?!” She finally acknowledged me and I asked why we weren’t being seen when I had made an appointment for first available and it was now 30 minutes past the appointment time. By this time, Tiffany was finishing and came over to help a few minutes later. She was very apologet
