The salon was very clean and bright. No wait and no feeling rushed. Hope does such a fantastic job, not only with the cut but also giving tips and suggestions. I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Johnny. I had been struggling to get in for a haircut due to limited availability, and Johnny was able to fit me in last minute. I absolutely love my haircut! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he used and took the time to recommend products that would work best for me. Johnny asked thoughtful questions to ensure I got exactly the haircut I wanted and made sure I was completely happy with the entire experience. I will 100% be returning to Johnny for my future haircuts!

Not happy with the service. The lady that helped Me did not give me the service I asked for when. I asked her for a haircut and a hair blow dry and she proceeded to Dry my hair with a blow dryer and then iron it, which is not what I asked for. I expressed to her I did not want the iron. I wanted only blow dried to give volume to my hair and she said that she couldn’t do it because it was too long and too much work. The other lady at the store was kind and gave me a discount for the service. But the lady Luz gave me the bare minimum of the service because it was too much work for her. If I would’ve known, she couldn’t handle it I would’ve never even began the service.

Neena was amazing!! She was extremely friendly, caring & professional. Neena took time to listen to what I wanted & did exactly what I wanted. Everyone else in the shop was extremely friendly & welcoming to. Even though there are shops much closer to me I will definitely be back. It was Def worth the drive. Neena is the bast I've had in years!!
