Hair Cuttery

Do not go to this Hair Cuttery, and if you do, do not book with ARNAJAH. She does not know what she’s doing and clearly does not know how to work with thick, long, curly hair. She played in my head the entire time. The bleach she used was crusting all over my face and was extremely dry. ( I took a shower later and there was so many bleach flakes inside of my shirt) She bleached my hair in huge sections and left parts of my roots unbleached. After rinsing the bleach out, she tried to comb my hair from the root while it was wet brittle and felt like it could snap. I had to take the comb from her and comb my own hair. The toner and chemicals she used left red burn marks on my scalp. And it didn’t tone anything. Later that day I spent so much money on products to restore my hair that felt like

I went this past Saturday. I rarely go for hair cuts anywhere bc I always end up walking out of places with more hair cut off than id want. However I gave in and went to hair cuttery after a cpl years no cut or even trim... Elizabeth cut my hair and let me just say she did AMAZINGGG!!! She was also such a sweetheart. Left happy and in love with my hair.

Te’nere was so amazing! This was my first time going to a salon in the states, and she did not disappoint. I get scared getting my hair done because people dont do it right lol or even the cut but she was great! I just went back to my natural color but she really listened to what I wanted, even when it came to the cut. She made me feel so comfortable with telling her what I wanted done and I can tell she didnt want to disappoint either! Our conversation was also great! I didnt feel awkward lol or anything. She was also super good on time!!! So thankful I was able to get seen last minute due to another stylist having to cancel my appointment because of unforeseen personal circumstances(which is totally understandable). Thank you again Te’nere! Would definitely go back.

This was an amazing experience! The salon was super clean, and everyone was very friendly. Asia was the best hair stylist I've ever been to. She took the time to ask me questions and figure out exactly what I wanted. Not only that, she explained all of the steps she took before she took them, which put me completely at ease. My hair looks amazing, and Asia has definitely gained a repeat client. The best experience I've had in a long time!

I had a 12:30 appointment at Hair Cuttery and checked in both on the computer and with a stylist. I was told it would be “just a couple of minutes.” That was not true. Over the next 40 minutes, multiple walk-ins were taken immediately while I continued to sit there waiting, despite having an appointment. Every time I asked how much longer it would be, I was brushed off with “just a couple more minutes,” with no real explanation and a very rude, dismissive attitude. To make things worse, the entire time I was there, another customer was left with foils in their hair and was never checked on or acknowledged.
