I’ve been here 3 different times. The 1st time I had absolutely no issues with my Bohemian Knotless. 2nd time I got Bohemian Knotless I was charged extra for the curly hair and all my curls came out within the next 3 weeks of having the hair style. 3rd time last time I got these Spring twists and my twists have been sliding off my hair left n right. The braids at the beginning of the twists were not braided tight enough I guess. When I reached out the Rosita she didn’t respond to my text. I gave 2 stars cuz I didn’t have any issues the 1st time. That’s why I went back even after losing all my curls the 2nd time. Pics taken 10 days apart. Got my hair done on January 9 and 2/3rd pic taken today January 19

I went on web and Google best Africa Braiding. I found Hair by Rosita on 9 mile in Eastpointe I really didn’t not no much about knotless braids and how much it would cost me so I reach out and made a call early in morning to leave a message hoping someone would return my call, but fortunately, I actually got a text back early in the morning from the manager or the owner of the shop we text back-and-forward she helped me come to the right decision on what type of braids I should get, she was true to me about the price and what I was quoted was what I paid. I was there at 9:30 in the morning and I was out the door at 2:30 in the afternoon once they prepped everything I was in the chair and ready to go at 10 AM. I had two braiders and they both did a fantastic job. My hair looks so beautiful,

This was my first time going to Rosita and it was a nice experience. Rosita was patience with me as I was running late for my appointment. She and Dominique did an amazing job on my hair and I am very particular about my hair lol. They were quick too. I got French curl boho, we were done in 3 to 3.5 hours. This is my new go to shop for braids. Thank you so much Rosita and Dominique!!

My braids came out gorgeous! The parts were even and the braids came out exactly like the picture I showed. I will say however that you should be prepared to wait. My appt was at 9:30 and I didn’t get in the chair until 11 but that was to be expected with a braiding shop. Overall if you don’t mind waiting go to Rosita! The prices are so reasonable and the hair always comes out looking great.

As a first time customer, I was impressed with the amount of time it had taken to do my box braids. However, within three days, I lost five braids right at my forehead. I could understand had it been the back because it was much shorter than the front. I called the owner and asked if I could come that Monday morning to have the missing braids replaced but she wasn’t coming in until that Wednesday. This was no good for me because I had an event that Monday evening. I called and texted her that Wednesday but she NEVER responded. Still hasn’t responded!!! Own up to your shortcomings and make things right if return business is what you’re looking for. I wouldn’t go back simply because of the lack of follow-up.
