I got a beautiful balayage At this salon today. My overall experience was good I can't complain. the lady that did my hair color was amazing very attentive, also the lady the cut my hair she was also great. I love how the curls turned out my hair looks gorgeous I'm Absolutely 100% very satisfied with the service.

Very unprofessional, regret coming hair. Never coming back here. They bleached my hair improperly. The color was not what I wanted. Their dyes are cheap. They rush through it instead of handling with care. For trying to rush through it they actually spent more time I was there for 5 hours just so I wouldn’t get the hair color I wanted and on top of that my scalped burned the whole night. I wanted dark purple, not burgundy red. This place is a nightmare.

It's not a bougie/fancy spot but they have great hands. Whenever in Long Island visiting family, I have been getting haircuts by them since their previous location. They always cut it SO WELL. And style as requested. And their pricing makes it even more worth it. I personally haven't gotten my hair colored there but everyone I have while there looked great and were happy.

Was not pleased with my hair color at all. It was a 5 hour process when it was supposed to be a 2 hour process. I had several people working on my hair because it was so busy. On the left is what I asked for and on the right is what I received! Will not be going back

I usually love going to this place for hair styling, however, had a horrible experience the last few times I have visited. The Keratin treatment applied wore off quicker than expected, and the intense heat and amount of chemicals applied damaged my hair. I noticed after my last few visits that my hair was not feeling as consistent, broken, damaged, and worse off compared to before the Keratin treatment. My most recent experience was the worst haircut I have received, I recommended a few styles to the stylist, and the stylist refused to do a few of them due to hair length. Acknowledging this, I advised them to trim and style my hair how it was when I came in. Instead, the gentleman took off the barber apron, left my hair unfinished and wet, and went back to online shopping on his computer.
