I’ve been renting from signa suites now for years. I have nothing but amazing experiences and things to say. The responses are always quick and attentive. Any issues (if any) are taken care of quickly and efficiently. The spaces are absolutely gorgeous and I’ve always loved all my neighbors. I recently left Long Island for a few months and I knew I wanted to come back and the only place I wanted to rent from again was Signa Suites and I’m happy to say I was able to get another suite =) highly recommend if you’re looking to start your own business!

I run my business at Signa Suites and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The building is quiet, clean and everyone is so nice and respectful. Management is amazing with responding to messages and solving issues. Every time I get to work I feel like I’m back in Europe, because of the high end finish of the suites.

We move in to the space at 166 Broadway a few months back and have loved it. It is well managed, everyone if respectful and it is conveniently located. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home for their business.
