I originally left a review giving this place 5 stars and raving about it. Unfortunately, my last experience was less than favorable. When I told the nail tech that I wanted the nail polish to the cuticle, she told me “no, that your skin”. Then after she spoke to the woman working with her in her language and clearly was making fun of me. So not ok! Then during my time there another woman answered the phone and was being so rude to the person because she couldn’t understand her very well. It really put a damper on the experience. I thought to myself… “wow, these people don’t really care and here just to make a buck”. They rushed me out of the chair and didn’t even spray any quick dry on them. I went into this nail salon based on reviews so.. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to get a set of birthday nails (and i don’t get my nails done often, so i am also doing test runs of engagement nails).. so i was excited! I get there after my boyfriend calls ahead and schedules me in- the lady at the front tried to convince me that my boyfriend said i wanted a pedicure too (i was sitting next to him when he called.. i did not want a pedicure) that should have been my first red flag. So finally i tell her no, i just want french tips & i give her a reference photo ( i wanted the same shape and everything). I will also include the reference photo- At the end of her being SO sloppy, harsh with my nails, and everyone in the salon being rude.. my nails were hideous. Pictures will be included. The shape

This salon specialty is pedicures and manicures. Not gel X... I was happy that they accepted a walk-in. The salon itself has a cottage feel but within brick walls. Theres 3 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure tables. Its very small not recommmed for anyone who likes open space. I walked in and got asked if I wanted a pedicure twice, I said no thank you. I was recommend Gel-X as a remedy to the acrylic brutality on the nails. I had a photo as reference (ill share it), at first everything seemed right. I told her I wanted a rose color for the base instead of the one in the picture and she said she didn't have it. (Sure) She applied one layer of the base and she was going to move on to the tip. But almost every nail tech always does 2 layers of base. You can see the glue through the 1st layer so t

The staff here is incredibly kind and professional! They do amazing work and have some of the best prices around. The atmosphere is always so positive and welcoming. I highly recommend Hailey Nails I’ve been to many salons, and this one is by far my favorite! ❤️👌🏼

hope this was a fluke but went here with my sister and had gel polish on that they had to remove. they filed my nails down twice. once before adding a gel and then electric filed it again so it was so thin you could bend even the middle of my nail. I have a blood blister now on one of my fingers and I cannot put any pressure on my nails because they were shaved down so thin. when I told them I can't get a manicure because they shaved my nails down so thin it hurts and is about to break they told me it's because I had hard gel. I've had gel nails plenty and have never had this happen so clearly this place doesn't know what they're doing or just trying to protect themselves. they still charged me for a gel nail removal lol be VERY VERY careful / thoughtful if coming here.
