H beauty supply at Sunnyside

FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME. I’ve been to this beauty supply store twice since moving to the neighborhood, and unfortunately both experiences were very uncomfortable. The sales floor associates follow customers around the store in a way that feels extremely obvious and intrusive. I completely understand that loss prevention is a concern for many businesses, but the way it’s being handled here actually makes the shopping experience unpleasant. Instead of letting customers browse, it feels like you’re being watched the entire time. What makes it more awkward is that the staff seem to try to disguise the surveillance by rearranging products or hovering near shelves wherever you go. It’s very noticeable and honestly just makes customers feel like they’re being treated as suspicious rath

I’ve been a loyal customer to this beauty supply for a while. I purchased an expensive jar of gel for my clients that was supposed to be extra firm hold , and it was very slimy. I have bought this gel before with no problem. I came back the next day to explain the situation to at least get an exchange. They refused to believe me . They had no empathy and gave me a lousy discount and made me spend even more instead of owning up to their mistake.

The staff who helped me was very nice and knew what I needed. So many choices and friendly! Definitely I’ll be back!

I absolutely love this store!!! The staff is very sweet and helpful. On my way there now!!!

I just left this store and I don't go back to my life, not everyone is going to steal, don't worry, there's no need for you to harass me.
