Nuris is an expert at her craft. I came in needing some fresh color and a cut and she did not disappoint. I finally found a stylist that genuinely cares about your hair.

(4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) I went to salon for the first time for a color, cut, and blow dry. I really liked the owner, the older lady who helps her is so sweet, and they also have a girl who does nails. My hair was in desperate need of changing the red color & the cutting the ends. I ended up getting rollers, a cut, and the color for $230. Which is why I’m giving it a 4/5. Although I really enjoyed the women I feel that the price was way too high for the services I got. Now if you don’t mind the charge or prices. I would recommend giving her a try for a local salon. I saw her blow dry another girl as well and I loved the outcome. I put videos for reference of before + after. You can also see my hair after I washed it - doesn’t seem like I got color at all except in my roots because my hair was virgin

I’m new to Sunnyside and was nervous about finding a new hair stylist. As soon as I entered Nuri helped me feel calm and relaxed. She listened to how I wanted my haircut to be and even gave pointers on how to maintain my hair. I really enjoyed the experience and feel refreshed and brand new. I’ll def be going back with my sister and mom next time!

Im so late posting my review.... but here it is! I was in Queens working and needed my hair done last minute. I called Madame Jolie and Nuris agreed to see me at 730pm as a walk in. She was very nice and professional. I felt at home in her chair, speaking with her and her husband. The products used to wash my hair did not make my scalp dry and itchy... and if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular at her salon. Her prices were a bit higher than what I normally pay BUT the quality of the products and her professionalism .... made it worth the money spent!
