Han Beauty Salon

While I wished I could give this salon 4 stars, I reluctantly and sadly am giving it 3. I love the hairdresser’s personality. I think she’s an absolute sweetie but I did not get the cut that I want. Truth to be told, how I feel after getting my haircut is more like 2 stars :( I pointed to where I wanted it cut and got confused when she put my hair forward and I noticed she had cut more than I had asked. I had hoped that this was just part of her layering skills and I had longer hair behind my back. But alas no. I showed her reference pictures of how I wanted the layers to be but also pointed to where I wanted my hair length to be and also asked for curtain bangs. The layers looked very odd on my wavy hair. I would never have wanted my hair this short and my confidence is shot. It is tough

Affordable simple haircut!!! Very nice hairdresser/owner

If you want a Korean style haircut, this is the place to go if you are in the neighborhood. It is a bit pricey compare to the flushing hair salons, but the price is about average in the area. When you walk in the place looks run down, but if you don’t mind the appearance it is a pretty decent place. The lady that did my hair knows enough English to communicate with me. I would definitely come back again if I am in the area.

Han is very talented at cutting and styling my hair. She is now my favorite hairdresser in the neighborhood. Very kind and sweet woman. I went in recently because I was having a bad hair day. Han made me look so much better! Here’s a before and after shot

My go-to place for cutting my hair in the neighborhood ! The stylist is so sweet and always understands what I want. Her prices are also cheaper compared to the other salons in the area (she charges me 35 usually).
