Stay far away from this place. High pressure sales tactics and Emily and Michelle are master manipulators. Products are a joke and they don’t stand by them. I’m ashamed I let them scam me. Don’t let them scam you. ETA: In response to the owner note below: customer service is a joke. What kind of boutique has offsite customer service? It is just a way to avoid taking any responsibility on-site. There were no solutions offered to me to try to accommodate my needs. NONE. They continued their lies and evasion after I left. I emailed many many times with no response and for sure no offer to speak directly. This place is 100% a scam.

While simply walking past Green Skin Salon in San Diego, I was confronted by an employee named Michael who made unsolicited, ageist comments about my appearance, mocked me by comparing me to an older TV character, and laughed while seeking approval from a coworker, despite me not being a customer or engaging at all. This behavior was demeaning, unprofessional, and unacceptable, and management should address it immediately through proper customer service and anti-ageism sensitivity training.

My boyfriend and I are natives to San Diego and we love Seaport Village. We discovered Green Skin Boutique and fell in love with the people who made us feel welcome and not old, let’s help you, vibe!! Sophia was so informative and helpful and I’m super excited to see the results. Not only did she follow up with us but, my most favorite, is that we now have a new family member who will be by our side to help us age backwards naturally. Don't believe anything these people say. They gave me a voucher for a free LED treatment. The next day when I came in, they proceeded to treat only half my face when I was told that I could not afford the $7500 machine. They left the rest of my face untreated and acted incredibly annoyed that I had a voucher since I was probably not going to buy the machine. Yep - they really care. Never going back and never should have gotten sucked in with their anti-wrinkle cream. They do know how to sell their product, convincing you you are special and have special skin. I honestly think their mirrors are weirdly treated - the effect doesn't last - my husband didn't even notice.

Thank you so much for this amazing treatment , I love my body device I already lost a few inches ! Sophia is hands down the best at what she does . I really feel like this was meant to be . A big thank you for the best service and products I’ve been searching for 🙏🏼 thank you again
