We went to get my 9yr old daughter a haircut, she wanted to donate to wigs for kids. I was told westfield does not do that. She decided to still get her hair cut cause she was so excited. The lady who cut her hair was very friendly, but she rushed through it. We went on a Sat it was not busy we were the only ones there. She did not wash her hair, spray her hair with water, or style her hair. It was a 10min dry cut if that, for 25.00 dollars not including tip. For thag price I could have went to a better salon and got atleast a style after. When you leave a salon you want to show ur hair off, feel beautiful, my daughter did not for the first time because it was messy. This be the last time I walk into this place again! Third time different days of the week, different times and every time I get denied wash and style. Take down the services on the wall if you can never fulfill them! So annoying! >>>🤔 Maybe take down the service signs if they're not available? Worst ❌❌❌❌ Please don’t get a haircut from Cynthia. She was very rude and has no patience to understand customer preference. I went 30 mins before closing time on Sunday and she took me in for hair cut. She didn’t understood what I wanted and left my hair wet and refused to blow dry completely when asked. Looks like she was in total hurry and spoiled my haircut. I’m very disappointed with her service and never going to this location again. I recommend not to get a haircut from her.

I understand not that one bad stylist is define a place or company, but if you're going to go, make sure you're not getting Christin. When we came in she was very condescending and judgmental of my current hair. (I have alternative style hair with an undercut and a dye job) The entire time I was in the chair she was complaining about myself, herself and her coworker/owners/job. Last time I came in (June of last year) I got a wolf cut. I went to the same place and had a different stylist but they were able to do it no problem. When I asked her for a touch up on these she told me it was not possible to do because my hair was too long and the undercut needed to be grown out. I've had the same stylist (Brenna) for my last 5 haircuts. She does a great job and has a great and cheerful attitude.
