Great Clips

I had a great experience at this Great Clips today. Amy did an excellent job with my haircut and had outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend asking for her!

I came in yesterday to this location and I was new to the location the lady that cut my hair was AWESOME!!!! her name was Amy we laughed we talked about my hair and she even did my beard after saying I never let anyone do my beard she said what’s our motto Relax you’re at great clips so I relaxed and let her do her thing I’m amazed at how well I look and I didn’t have to do anything at all but relax! She’s phenomenal!! Amy thank u for being excellent

The worst general manager I’ve ever met. Since I have been apart of Great Clips as an employee myself, I know for a FACT that this general manager is not there standing by Great Clips (GREAT) policy. Never did she greet us, say hi, have a smile on her face.. looked completely miserable and mean. My son is 4 years old- she asked me so you just want a 1 up to a 2 , and I repeated it out loud yes a 1 up to a 2… her response- THATS WHAT I JUST SAID!! So rude and unprofessional! She didn’t stop there.. she continued with her attitude shaking her head and snickering/laughing at the unprofessional employee in the back. Clearly there was a problem since they were laughing and being bullies, so I asked what the problem was and who’s the manager. She rudely and aggressively said she was! WOW - I can

Always had a great experience but today it was the worst one ever very rude behavior from the start. She was breathing heavily through her mouth and the smell was unbearable and she completed the haircut in 5 mins without even properly triming all the areas. The last vist was amazing I don't know why this employee was like that maybe having a bad day no idea

Worst experience of my life I had not even been sitting in her chair for 5 minutes and she said if I had more time I would I’m like what?? She did a terrible job. I don’t think she has been cutting her very long. Another thing that I found super unprofessional is they kept talking about the tips and taking this persons name and putting it here so you get the tip for this I was like this not relaxing or fun. Never will go back! I wouldn’t even take my dog here!
