168 Nails Spa

Decided to trip a little road trip to the North side. Ended up at 168 Nail Shop. The shop is very clean, spotless! I'm not sure what his name is, but he gave me an awesome foot/leg massage. My toes look great. Thank you!

Had a lovely experience at 168 Nails Spa today! I am in from out of town and booked a gel manicure and pedicure on short notice. Location is small but clean and had partitions up between each station (felt very safe in COVID times!). Pedicure was great and I added a 10 min extra massage which was lovely. I also opted to try out the chrome manicure which was new (I was the second person to get this type of mani!!). Needless to say I'm OBSESSED!!! My nail tech was lovely and did such a great job. I now need to find a place in NJ that does chrome! Thank you 168 Nails!

Wonderful salon & staff. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Sophia is so kind and did a fantastic job on my manicure! The polish ( not gel) lasted almost 3 weeks on my naturalnails, which never happens when I do them myself. I'm very impressed! Their pedicures are the best in Upper Arlington , also.

Love this place! Super easy to get in, always have same day appts and take walk ins. Everyone is kind and my nails look great

The WORST experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a pedicure and the lady told me I had an ingrown toenail (which I didn’t). She proceeded to dig into my toe which resulted in an infection. I was put on antibiotics by my doctor and when i called to ask for a refund I was told I had to come back to let them look at it. When I came back they told me that it was “normal” and that the only thing they could offer me was another free pedicure. As if I would want to come back???? Terrible service and even more terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend.
