Great Clips

I stopped by here on a Friday evening a couple weeks ago, and the service was excellent. The ladies behind the counter were both friendly and professional, and the haircut I received was exactly to my liking (no fuss, no miscommunication). I happened to have an issue with my payment method, and the lady behind the counter helped me resolve that. Thank you!

This is by far the best great clips experience i’ve ever had. i moved to the area a year ago and ive been about every month or so. The group of ladies that work here on the weekends give me some of the best cuts ive ever had. always paying attention to detail and super consistent. they’re always very nice and friendly too. Will always come back as long as i live here

The stylist was rude from the start. I was not at all happy with the service. At checkout, I didn't tip because the service was bad. She said, "Why no tip?" in a loud, mad voice. Then she gave me a weird, mean look. She got very angry, canceled the payment and made me swipe my card again. This is wrong. Tipping is for good work, not forced by anger. Great Clips, teach your workers to be kind. This felt like a fight, not service. I won't go back. Stay away!!!

Just got my regular haircut Today and our stylist (Liên) did a great job as always. She was very pleasant and professional. My family has been a Great Clips’ customer for many years and Liên is our family’s stylist for all these years. Thanks Liên/Great Clips. Happy Holidays!

Signed in online and had minimal wait when I arrived (good system). My salon representative did a great job of giving me a professional haircut. I will happily return.
