Great Clips

This is a shout out to Flo! You are awesome! I had a poor experience at another great clips and wanted to try out another location instead. I am so happy I met Flo. She made me feel welcome and heard. I appreciate you!

Went in for a quick cut. Typical hairstyle is a fade on the side, and trim the top to allow a combover. This lady cut it so short that it looks like a buzzcut all around. Will definitely not be going back to this one in Racine.

I cried when I left here. The stylist completely butchered my son's hair and then blamed him for it. She was in a rush and said she "did the best she could with what she had to work with." I have never been so angry about a hair cut. I don't even know what she was trying to do and don't know in what world she thought what she did was okay. She didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name but I will never bring my son back here. We went to sports clips after and Maria worked a miracle and fixed what this other woman had done.

Very unprofessional staff. The first time I went there for a haircut, I asked the girl that was cutting my hair to take a little more off the top and she got quite short with me as if she had better things to do than make sure I was happy with my hair cut. Should have learned my lesson then. The second time, I checked in online. The app said there was no waiting. When I arrived there were two girls working, I told them I had checked in online, one replied there would be a 20 minute wait. I asked her why the app stated there was no waiting and she sarcastically replied, looks like someone got here before you. No apology, just a rude aditude. What's the point of checking in if they don't save your spot?? I just left, I would have stayed 20 is no big deal, but when people treat you like you

I shouldn’t have to go home and fix my own haircut. The customer service was friendly but the attention to detail for a fade was wanting.
