I have been seeing Kaylee here for years. I have curly hair which is not easy to cut. Although I’ve worn the same basic style, sometimes it’s longer or shorter. Kaylee works with me & knows what I like. I use the Online check in app to see how busy they are before checking in. I have never had a bad experience. I don’t want to even think about going anywhere else!

Got in quick and easy using the app. I got a 12 min haircut and got to register to pay. Suggested tip came up $5, $10, and $15 dollar tip. Yes? Used the custom button but think it’s over the top.’after I left I realized she didn’t offer to trim my eye brows and when I got Home I had lines on one side of my head. Really? You think it’s appropriate to have a suggested tip of 5, 10, or 15 for a 12 min haircut? Customers are treated like an assembly line. That’s not the atmosphere that rates suggesting a 25% or more tip.

I checked in online @ 5:15 w/ a 22 minute wait, my son and I headed in and got there around 5:30. Even though they were close to closing, We were able to check-in. The 2 ladies didn't get to us until after 6, and they could have asked me to come back the next day, but they went ahead cut our hair.

Asked for an all one length haircut yesterday and left with my hair like this..
