I had what was recommended to me which was a foliage highlights. I also received a smudge root. Jenny I believe is her name so did my hair. Very sweet girl. I did tell her I used bleach last night and I had about 5 foils in with a 30 developer. So she began doing the foils. At some point she washed it out then applied the smudge root while I laid in the sink. She let it process then came back and washed it out. Another lady who works there was whispering and touching my hair. Started blow drying and she reapplied the smudge root because it didn’t take in my hair. I did notice a lot of breakage from the bleach. So she rinsed that new smudge root out and I didn’t have time for her to blow dry it again so I left with it wet. The next morning I washed my hair and noticed my hair was like rub
