Great Clips

Just moved to area. They actually do a better job vs the other location. Always have plenty people to cut hair and do an excellent job. Only negative, every year they raise the price. This maybe the year I start to price shop and go back to the old tine barber

Misty and Sophia were very kind to me today, shortly before closing time. So glad that Misty squeezed me in as her last client! She was very attentive. I look and feel much better!

A floater/temp hairdresser named Nicole cut my hair that day I was in. I asked her if she was confident in her abilities? She replied she had many years experience and was a cosmetology teacher. I ended up with barely any have cut off but she did leave me with one side shorter then the other!! I ended up going to another Great Clips to have it fixed and paid out again. I called the manager at Northwoods and explained what had happened and asked if I could get my money back she replied she would talk with her area manager and get back to me. No Response !! How rude unprofessional and disrespectful!!

Gloria is the best! I always want her to cut my hair. She has a good eye and talent for hair style cuts

Checked in on line, we able to get my hair cut within a couple of minutes after arriving. Great cut as usual!
