Great Clips

I go to the Brannon Crossing location and I always ask for Kandi or Kay only. They both have always been very nice, do a fantastic job, and are a real asset to Great Clips! These ladies know what they’re doing and do it well. Kudos to both of them!

I usually don’t write reviews but I feel that this should be known. I had a little incident at home where I singed the ends of my hair tips with a curling iron. I usually cut my own hair, but I wanted it to be even where I have thick curly hair. I got right in, and sadly I don’t remember the stylists name, I told her what happened and told her I just wanted ends trimmed. I tried to make small talk and all she had to say back was “yes honey” it was just weird. Then she decided to take a phone call to where I literally heard her have a conversation with a man saying he will be there soon to be looking for him in the parking lot. Lol. (Don’t think it was a bf or husband bc I seen the caller had no ID when she answered) few minutes go, by I see her keep cutting and I’m like ok, I don’t want l

Not sure about the others. But a woman by the name of Sarah, absolutely destroyed my wife's hair. Because she was in a hurry from what I understand. Then left and two other women had to try to fix her disaster. Really need to look into the people that they have working here.

Great haircut from Karen. It was exactly what I wanted and looked excellent afterwards for four weeks. She was very personable and positive.

Went into get a trim and try to fix a haircut that went bad and i overpaid for I saw Kandy she was nice and fixed my hair to the best of her ability she was honest and even asked the opinion of the other stylist which i liked because it showed she wasn’t trying to pretend to know it all I’m pleased and it looks a lot better thank you
