Great Clips

Got my haircut here the other night and I am absolutely livid. Made my appointment online just after 6 p.m. the wait time was 13 minutes, arrived just before 6 30. They close at 7. The two women working were finishing up their cuts, I waited 5 - 10 minutes tops before sitting. Let's call it 6:40 when it happened. What happened? The moment the styist should have done the right thing came..., but she missed it. She missed it like the Vikings missed the chance to keep Sam Darnold this year. Instead of saying

First time there and was so pleased. Always nervous with really fine hair that shows every cut. But gal knew what she was doing and connected sides to back uniform and looks great. Hoping can get her again going ahead.

Lady did HORRIBLE and did the exact opposite of what I asked for! Also, when she left a huge chunk of hair on the left side of my head! I don't know how you'd think that's right. Also when I told the lady exactly what i wanted she said "yes" and proceeded to give me the most bizarre haircut of my life. Definitely don't recommend to anyone.

It was busy around dinner time . I had checked in so my wait wasn't very long.Got a great haircut by Eva. I don't feel she was rushing because others were waiting . I was pleased with this haircut and location.

My concern is about Tip.. Normally 10% tip is fine but they are expecting 25% tip.. Like the charges are 20$ so they expect 5$ as tip and they asked this by themself...Tip should be customer choice how much to give and not should be demanded..
