Great Clips

I received now 2 haircuts that have been awful. I don’t do anything special- just a cut and layering. First time, I had to go back to get it redone. Second time, the stylist told me she has never done layers. An experienced stylist came and did a few layers and just let her do the rest without any supervision. It was such a poor level of service and care. It was a terrible outcome. I ended up going to an actual salon to get it fixed. I gave them several chances and the skill set and supervision is lacking. Will not return.

Sharon is a great barber. I'm glad I finally found Sharon after about 3 years of disappointing cuts following the retirement of my former barber of over 30 years. She listens and gets it right every time.

I needed someone to wash my hair, and Luann did a wonderfully divine head massage while she washed my hair. She barely did any blow drying. I went there another time for the same reason, and the girl who helped me didn't do a great head massage, but she did blow dry my hair, too.

Very poor service. Not willing to help and they don’t seem like they want to be here. The website states that they take walk ins up until 5 pm. We walked in at 4:53 and they turned down my kid from getting a haircut. Will not be returning to this location. I would love to have management discuss with whoever was closing today. If this is policy, they need to change the website. Disappointing.

i had excellent experience on my last hair cut, Maya the one who cut my hair. She was awesome person with kind heart and excellence in customer service, i recommend her to promote as a manager level.
