Great Clips Austin Landing. Took my Grandson in to day for a Hair cut. He is 2 the Stylist was Toni. Incredible job with him. She is Amazing he sit in my Lap and she told me how to hold him and ways to turn to make it easier. It was his First real haircut. Toni Thank You for making it a Great Experience for him. Darlene has been my stylist for several years. I have never had a bad haircut and now that I have a beard, she does an excellent job trimming it. I hope that Darlene stays for many more years.

Last time, the brunette stylist at the Austin Landing Great Clips was amazing — so kind and accommodating. She even showed us how to style my son’s haircut and what product to use afterward. She was wonderful, and I tipped her $10 for the great service! Today, though, was the complete opposite. The same stylist seemed distracted, blunt, and a bit rude. She rushed through my 8-year-old’s simple haircut, refused to honor a coupon, and still charged the full $20 adult price for a five-minute cut supposed to be $16! Didn’t realize until I paid. We’ve been coming here for years, but after today’s experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.

My regular hair dresser found another job. She was excellent & had been my hair dresser for over 5 years. Sadly, I will not be going back to this location ever again. Thank you
