Great Clips

So I took my son in on friday did the online check in, got in there, two staff working a young woman and a gentleman appeared to maybe be a manager my son (2) was next in line was not his first hair cut however a child and they advertise to be great with kids, manager put us with the young girl who appeared scared to death to be doing a kids cut, she used clippers on him and was jabbing the pointed part of the clip into the back of his head, my son started out doing great until she kept hurting him finally the manager stepped in after he finished with the guy that came in after us. They completely messed up my son's hair I ended up having to go to another salon the following day to get it fixed because I was going to make him walk around like that the guy manager had the audacity to tell m

Signed in online. Was given a 48 minute wait. No problem with this. Got a text telling me to go inside and wait the last 15 minutes inside. I do so, and after 30 minutes, and watching 2 people get a haircut, I thought I was next. I was wrong. 2 other people were brought in after I had been there and allowed to get their haircuts before me. This adds another 30 minutes minimum to my already 1 hour wait. This is not a recommended method to run a business. I'm not impressed, or happy with this place. Hopefully, they get a clue and figure out how order works.

Depends on the stylist you get, some are great, others need a little more experience.

Nice atmosphere. Although the price could be better. The stylist I had was talented and took his time to make sure my cut was perfect for me.

As someone who travels for a living every single week, it is important for me to be able to do routine activities as easily and simply as possible. When I walked into this Great Clips I was promptly greeted by the manager. I believe his name was Donald. Long story short, his personality was amazing. It was also the best haircut I have received from any Great Clips across the Nation that I have visited. I wish I lived closer or worked more often in the area so that I could come back. The salon is going through new staffing. And I believe with the new manager at the helm, this salon will continue to excel.
