I scheduled online and was getting my hair cut less than 30 minutes later. Lauren was very knowledgeable, friendly and did such a great job on making my hair feel healthy again after some bleach damage. I will absolutely request her for next time!

I have been going to Lauren for years now. She always makes my visits enjoyable. She has come to know how I like my hair done and does a great job!

Today was the second time they called and canceled my appointments due to lack of staff. A few reasons I have this a one star. 1. They called me one hour before my appointment. 2. They canceled me twice in four days. 3. They are still showing availability online. 4. Steven had no care in the world to try and get us back in or to even give us the option of getting fit in sometime tonight. 5. I still received confirmation texts that my appointment was good and they would see me soon. I will not be returning to this unprofessional/unorganized place.
