I have worked with Shaw and his team at The Onyx Med Spa for quite a few weeks now and they are absolutely incredible. Most of my time was spent with Shaw working on hair regrowth and we have been getting incredible results. I saw an ad on IG on Sunday (spa was closed) for a $50 discount on a hydro facial & took advantage of the coupon. I expected to have to call the next open business day to make an appointment but was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call asking when I had availability. They had an opening the very next day that I was able to take advantage of over my lunch break. The spa atmosphere is relaxing, the staff incredibly accommodating, and the facial was worth every penny. Abby was my aesthetician and she was very friendly and did not push products or services. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
