Great Clips

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm pretty unhappy. First, I'm growing my hair out and wanted the ends trimmed about 2 inches. More than 2 inches were cut. Not only that, but the cut is a completely straight line. I should have stopped her when the sweet gal told me she did only an apprenticeship before working there. She was really nice though and I thought maybe it would have been fine. Luckily it's just hair. I did want it long though. So that's really sad.

Susan was phenomenal! My son was having a really hard day today and by the time she was half way though he was smiling and in a better mood. And she cut his hair exactly how we wanted !

I told the hair salon lady (don’t want to revel the name) i need something which will look good on my face. I don’t know she didn’t understand or she didn’t want to listen, she didn’t bother what i said. She just trimmed 2 inches off. Didn’t care to do anything else. I never expected this from GREAT CLIPS being a good hair salon chain in the USA. My husband literally looked at me and asked what happened why didn’t you cut your hair. It was that bad. I really am disappointed.

Horrible service today. The took the two people after us in line claiming it was a computer glitch, but I listen to the dad say how he decided to get a haircut after arriving in the store. I asked the stylist to cut off two inches of my son's hair and she cut off more, plus the back is all uneven.

I’ll say from the outset, my first mistake was having my husband take my son to get his haircut here instead of taking him myself. Anyway, apparently, my son told the person cutting his hair that he can cut it however he wants. That was mistake number 2. Needless to say, the man that cut his hair decided to give him the ugliest haircut imaginable! I don’t know whether he really thought that was a cool haircut or whether he thought it would be really funny to cut it that way, but I am extremely upset. This was done one day before school started and so now he’s walking around school with an ugly haircut and can’t get his school pictures done because of the horrible haircut he has now.
