Great Clips

They had some good staff (Ashley/Alyson) when they first opened that were helpful, and got my young ADHD son to actually enjoy haircuts... but most have left/moved on, and the fact they won't honor corporate coupons is salt in the wound. (even though they handed iut their own coupons when they first opened) I understand each salon or set of salons is under a franchisee, and they are likely shafted by corporate profits with redeeming those coupons, but it makes it really difficult to not have that break and save some money in these ongoing difficult, overly high priced times... what used to be an $8 haircut is now almost $20.... we have moved on from here as well, and still trying to find reasonably priced haircuts (that take only 15 minutes to do).....

The staff were extremely kind but unfortunately gave me a very choppy haircut. It isn't blended and one half of my head has way more cut than the other side

UNACCEPTABLE APPROACH!!!!!!! They dont accept their own store specific coupons which they sent through mails to make customers walk all the way to their doorstep. They post a note on window stating by Management, unfortunately Management is not available at the store, poor stylists should face the unpleasant customer. They pulled me to the store with coupon of $8.99, but charged me ~$23.

Anything less than 1 star I would like to give that. I was there today to do a haircut and I usually prefer scissors rather than clippers. The lady was not well trained to use the scissors and messed up my haircut. I was not satisfied with the service. She trimmed my hair right behind one ear to zero level and on the other side it was uneven including the crown line. Very disappointing.

Kim at great clips did an amazing job and has decades of experience in this industry. The store is clean and neat, and I recommend Kim to both men and women, and I intend to come back to this location just to have her cut my hair again. She gave me wise suggestions with the cowlicks I have, and the styling of my hair. I’m glad I came here today, for both the pleasant conversation and the great haircut
