Great Clips

I usually see Leah, Sarah, or Meredith. All three seem to be great at listening to what I want and are even able to suggest changes when needed. They are quick and sociable, just making for a great overall experience. It was great having the “Dream Team” all there at the same time this latest visit.

Meredith does an amazing job every time. She remembered things we had talked about from months ago and was just all around lovely. Definitely my place to go!

I want to start this by saying we have had a great experience the 2 other times we have been to Great Clips. Today, I took my almost 3 year old in for a cut and the stylist asked me if I wanted what we had last time (which to me was a burst fade) but she said a 4 on the sides, 5 on top. I wasn't sure so I said "last time he had a burst fade and we really liked it." The stylist said, "I don't know what that is" I explained that it was long on the top and back and short on the sides. The stylist immediately began cutting the sides of his hair with trimmers. She got about 3 minutes in and started cutting the back with the same gaurd. At this point, I noticed something was wrong and I said, "I asked for a burst fade" and showed her a photo of what we wanted. The stylist stopped and said "I don

We live in Mt. Morris and have tried MANY barber shops in the area for my 10 year old sons haircut. We have always been disappointed by those shops unfortunately. I am SO glad we gave this Great Clips a try. The girls here are so incredibly friendly, kind, professional and wonderful with kids. They engage and talk with my son the entire time and make him feel so comfortable. We get a simple faded cut, and it looks sooo good every time. They honestly do a better job in half the time than any barber shop in the area. It’s only $20 and the online check in system is an absolute game changer. No more waiting 2 hours in line at the barber shop and never knowing the wait until you show up. Here, you check in online and show up when it’s your turn and walk right in. I truly cannot say enough good

I just had an amazing experience with Meredith! She did a beautiful job cutting my hair and we had great conversation. She is new to the area, but definitely not new at cutting hair!
