I came here for the first time and arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Two employees came out during the first 30+ minutes, but I was never greeted or acknowledged. Eventually, a stylist walked out, and asked what I was there for—only then realizing I was her appointment after checking the computer. She apologized, and at that point I was already hoping for the best. And that it must get better, maybe she was busy. Positive thoughts. I booked a haircut with long layers, face framing, and wispy pieces in the front, along with a brown chestnut glaze and a hair treatment. Unfortunately, I left with what feels like no trim—no face framing as discussed—and a blow-out that looks like I rolled out of bed. I’ve been going to this salon since I moved down to Geneseo in 2017. They made time to help restore normalcy to my 7 year old kids head after a closet session with scissors. Fast forward almost 10 years and I still feel as welcome and at home as that first time I came in with my kiddo. As people, they are wonderful, kind and welcoming. But, I also go there because when I leave, I look incredible. My stylist, Valentina is incredibly talented and she has a way of making me feel like we are temporary sisters. She knows I was a tomboy and I don’t know anything about hair. I will come in with zero ideas. I got a SUPER cool dye and haircut, They were even willing to do raccoon dye for me! it turned out AMAZING! it took 6 hours of the stylist's time and i'm so grateful she was willing to do it!

Meghan has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years and always does a great job. Salon offers a wide array of services including massages, sauna and more. Great people and a great place!

I had my bridal party’s hair and makeup done here and it was an amazing experience. Everything was so efficient and we were done ahead of schedule. Reasonable prices and very easy to work with. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Loved the coffee and snacks too. Wish I lived closer because I’d be back in a heartbeat.
