My spouse and I went for our first IR sauna session together and received a warm welcome. After an introduction to the sauna to better understand how to use it and hear what the health benefits are, we got comfortable in the sauna. It was nice to be able to sit and relax in the sauna and not be overheated but still feel the affects. We look forward to going again. Easy in and out and scheduling process.

Cedar House Wellness has quietly become my favorite part of the day. It has created the best new evening routine for me. After long, full days, it gives me something to genuinely look forward to. The entire experience feels like a dream. Calm, intentional, and completely spa-like from start to finish. It is the perfect way to close out the day and shift into rest mode. The cold towels at the end are everything. That final moment just seals it. You walk out feeling grounded, refreshed, and taken care of in a way that is hard to describe unless you have experienced it. Cedar House is truly something special.

This was the first I had ever tried the cold contrast therapy and I felt so good. For hours afterwards I had energy and clarity in my thoughts. I’ve read that it’s really good for you and helps with better sleep so I’m going to start making this a regular part of my life! Very clean and welcoming staff. Mary was great at explaining everything and even provided waters for me.

This place is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The infrared sauna is so relaxing and has really improved my sleep and muscle recovery. I highly recommend giving it a try!
